Support Specialist

Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in education, finance, or supply chain management. Responsibilities:

• As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving a variety of issues across an enterprise level organization
• Track the status of product orders, support supply chain and product movement
• Handle work orders and maintenance management processes
• Assist with general ledger entries
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, providing technical support and guiding them through the process of fixing their issues
• Educational Background: Strong background in education, finance, or supply chain management
• Remote Work Experience: Proven track record of working remotely
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with accounts payable, procurement, warehouse management, and general ledger processes
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using ServiceNow ticketing system is a strong plus
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to educate and guide users
• Adaptability: Drive and disposition to handle diverse and complex issues
• Ticket Management: Ability to handle 15-30 calls/tickets per day, with potential for increased volume
