Support Specialist

Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in education, finance, or supply chain management. Responsibilities:
- As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving a variety of issues across an enterprise level organization
- Track the status of product orders, support supply chain and product movement
- Handle work orders and maintenance management processes
- Assist with general ledger entries
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, providing technical support and guiding them through the process of fixing their issues
- Educational Background: Strong background in education, finance, or supply chain management
- Remote Work Experience: Proven track record of working remotely
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with accounts payable, procurement, warehouse management, and general ledger processes
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using ServiceNow ticketing system is a strong plus
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to educate and guide users
- Adaptability: Drive and disposition to handle diverse and complex issues
- Ticket Management: Ability to handle 15-30 calls/tickets per day, with potential for increased volume
