Production Coordinator

Immediate Openings for a Production Coordinator in the Oaks, PA Area!

The Production Coordinator plans and schedules all work for assigned shifts to ensure efficient operations and on-time completion of customer orders. This role develops and controls production schedules based on customer requirements, analyzes daily reports to predict production levels, and optimizes changeovers, labor, and equipment utilization. The Production Coordinator works closely with production management and shift supervisors to resolve issues, support resource planning, and maintain high levels of manufacturing efficiency and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule all work for the shift to ensure efficient operations and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and control production schedules based on customer requirements and changing demand.
• Analyze daily scheduling reports to determine specific production workflow and predict daily production levels.
• Schedule work to optimize changeover times, labor allocation, and production equipment usage.
• Provide data and analysis to assist the shift supervisor in resource planning and decision-making.
• Immediately notify the shift supervisor of any issues impacting production workflow or schedule adherence.
• Report daily production needs, progress, and completions in a clear and timely manner.
• Participate in providing direction and retraining where needed to ensure efficient operations across the shift.
• Interact with production management on a daily basis to resolve issues related to manufacturing efficiencies, data and information requests, and customer concerns.
• Monitor work throughout the shift and make scheduling or resource changes as needed to maximize machine and employee efficiency.

Hours:

1- opening- 1st shift hours are Monday 5am-2:18pm, Tu-F 6am-2:18pm. The hourly rate is $18.50

1 opening-3rd shift hours are Sunday 8pm-5:18am, M-Th 10pm-6:18am. The hourly rate is $18.50 plus a $2.00 shift differential

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oaks, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.

Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Oaks, PA.
