Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid)

We are also proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work . We are looking for an accounts payable specialist to join our growing team in our Springfield, MA location.
What You'll Do: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the timely processing and payment of vendor invoices, credit card statements, and employee expense reimbursements. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in reconciling vendor statements.
- Reviews and codes all invoices in accounting system for approval prior to payment.
- Responds to all vendor inquiries.
- Assists in month-end closing.
- Processes check requests on a weekly basis
- Enters employee expense reimbursements into the accounting system for payment.
- Reviews A/P aging report and communicates aged payables and issues with invoices and/or vendor payments.

- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Some prior accounts payable experience (preferred)
- Intermediate in MS Excel and Microsoft Outlook (required)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
