Job Responsibilities: Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients Discuss insurance, costs, and financial options Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances Schedule treatment to maximize provider productivity Keep schedules full through confirmations and patient follow-up Verify insurance and ensure accurate patient records Desired Skills & Competencies: High-energy, positive, and professional demeanor with a strong focus on patient experience Excellent multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident and clear phone presence Ability to present treatment plans in a clear, empathetic, and motivating manner Skilled in discussing financial options and helping patients move forward with treatment Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with insurance and patient information Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with providers and front office staff Comfortable handling objections, questions, and sensitive conversations with professionalism Required / Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the treatment coordinator role Prior experience with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns required Experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing financial responsibility with patients' required Strong phone skills, including scheduling, inbound/outbound calls, and patient follow-up Experience working with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred) Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures required Dental office experience required Office Hours: Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Alternate Friday / Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Apply today to join Redwood Dental of Canton! #J-18808-Ljbffr
