Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance with patients, cultivating trust and openness to foster effective treatment.

• Provide counseling and therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Document patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, maintaining confidentiality and security of client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
