Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals.

• Deliver therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Engage clients actively in therapy, employing techniques that encourage openness and trust, even in a virtual format.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans to reflect clients’ ongoing progress and changing needs.

• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings to enhance therapeutic approaches and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality as outlined by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse clientele, involving individuals and families facing various challenges. This includes relationship issues, stress management, anxiety, depression, and navigating life transitions. You will adapt your therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique cultural and personal background, fostering an inclusive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and independent licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication skills, especially in overcoming the challenges of virtual therapy.

• Competency in using telehealth platforms and other online therapy tools, ensuring a seamless therapeutic experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
