Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harmony Fields Counseling, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities to enhance client wellbeing:

• Conduct high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Assess clients' unique needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.

• Use established therapeutic frameworks to implement treatment modalities that promote client engagement and facilitate healing.

• Document client progress and treatment interventions meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
