Operations Support Specialist
US Department of War
Duties
Independently manages office operations and provides recommendations on various subjects.
Manages work schedules, Telework Agreements and tracks Reasonable Accommodations (to include requirements for special equipment) for the Division and Directorate as required.
Prepares and reviews all types of administrative actions and products (memorandums, reports, studies, fact sheets, information papers, etc.).
Develops protocols for managing the office task list, files plan, and contact lists, provides guidelines for determining data elements for entry, input format, update procedures, and completion/removal of data and files.
Utilizes various HR/management automation programs (i.e., DCPDS, FASCLASS, EMPReS, AutoNoA).
Responsible for purchasing supplies and training the Division and staffing training and travel approval paperwork.
