What You’ll Need:

• Active Texas SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working in school environments, ideally with both elementary and middle school students
• Capacity to evaluate, manage cases, and provide speech therapy services as needed
• Comfort working with monolingual and bilingual caseloads
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong team-oriented approach, with flexibility for the needs of the school and students

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations for elementary and middle school students
• Provide case management, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support each child’s communication development
• Deliver speech therapy services if assigned
• Develop individualized intervention plans in line with school goals and student needs
• Address cultural and linguistic diversity in service provision, particularly for bilingual cases
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
