In this role, you will design and manage comprehensive medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programs. You will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, manage budgets, and lead annual renewal processes with external brokers. The ideal candidate will leverage digital tools and data analytics to drive plan efficiency and personalization, while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and delivering engaging communications that foster benefits literacy across the organization.
