About This Role The RN Manager, Professional Development Critical Care and Inpatient Nursing is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive learning and development programs for hospital staff. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about enhancing knowledge, skills, and competencies in a healthcare setting. Highlights Location: Jamaica Plain, MA Facility: Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. Schedule: Full-Time, Evening shift Pay: $117,707.20 - $171,204.80/Annual What You’ll Do Design, develop, and continuously update training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff. Assess workforce learning needs and identify skill gaps through evaluations and feedback. Create and implement comprehensive training curricula supporting organizational goals. Develop learning pathways to enhance employee knowledge and career development. Plan and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and educational activities. Deliver instruction on patient care practices, safety protocols, and compliance requirements. Lead and coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with external training providers and educational institutions for development opportunities. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training relevance.
