Overview Mission Intern – St. Paul, Minnesota USA Type: Administration Children's Ministry Communications Region: USA-Canada World Area: United States Length: 0-3 Months 3-6 Months 6-11 Months Is God calling you to join The Cause and discover your Kingdom purpose while being equipped and empowered with missionary skills in the heart of the city? This mission intern will join with Nazarene Global Missions, the USA/Canada Region, the Missions Mobilization team, the Prairie Lakes District, Mosaic Christian Community, and Mosaic’s Sacred Settlement and Compassionate Ministry Center in being the hands and feet of Jesus in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. Responsibilities Be guided in cultural bridge-building. Listen and learn alongside others on navigatingcultural differences to build meaningful relationships. Community Engagement and Learning. Participate in cultural orientation activities, language learning opportunities, and community events to develop cross-cultural competency while contributing to relationship-building efforts. Program Support and Documentation. Support theongoing work of the Compassionate Ministry Center. Daily and weekly communication and teamwork skills. Participate in exploring how God’s work and human dignity are revealed through cross-cultural service. Qualifications Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with demonstrated interest in cross-cultural work. Commitment to the organization’s mission and values, along with flexibility in role assignments. A growing and active relationship with Jesus Christ. Passion for missions, discipleship, and community engagement. Awillingness tolearn attitude. A willingness to lean into personal growth in the core elements of cross-cultural ministry under the mentorship and coaching of experienced leaders.
