Engage in detailed legal analysis and documentation. Requirements Strong background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Proficiency in English and Japanese languages. Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience. Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements. Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Education Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred. Certifications Registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Skills Strong analytical skills for complex legal analysis. Effective communication with diverse clients and team members.
