Store Location 9710 Woodman Ave. Arleta, California, 91331 United States Job Responsibilities Under direct supervision, the Tortilleria Clerk provides friendly, courteous and helpful service. The position assists customers, cleans, fills and rotates tortilla displays, and helps prepare a variety of different tortillas and masa for the department. Qualifications Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Basic PC/Outlook skills Retail Management Certificate Certification Requirements Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling, and serving food.
