Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, which include physical examinations and thorough reviews of medical histories.
• Assist in assessing and diagnosing surgical conditions through analyses of imaging results and lab work.

• Provide critical intraoperative support by prepping operating rooms, ensuring optimal patient positioning, and effectively passing surgical instruments during procedures.
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, which includes managing medication, wound care, discharge planning, and offering patient education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Completion of clinical rotations focused on surgical practices is highly preferred.

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification.
• BLS and ACLS certification are required.
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant.
