Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)

Hours/week: Variable

Employment Type: Contract

Licenses/Certifications: MA RN license, BLS, ACLS

Experience: 2+ years ICU/CCU experience

What You'll Do

• Provide critical care to medically unstable, trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, and cardiac patients
• Monitor acutely ill patients requiring Q1H or more assessment/interventions
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations
• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed

What You Need

Required:

• Current Massachusetts RN license on file
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years ICU/CCU experience
• Ability to work nights (7 PM 7 AM shift)

Preferred:

• Experience with trauma, surgical, neuro, or cardiac patients
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
