Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support professional to manage sales order processing, customer requests, transactional activities, and related administrative functions. This role will work closely with Sales, Product Line, Repairs, Finance, Global Trade, Purchasing, and other internal teams to ensure orders and customer requests are processed accurately and efficiently. The position will also support compliance with global trade and export requirements while helping develop and implement standardized procedures and processes across departments. Key Responsibilities: Create, process, and oversee sales orders based on established customer and business requirements. Facilitate and monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, purchase requests, and other sales-related transactions. Process administrative activities associated with the sale, return, exchange, or credit of materials. Collaborate with Sales, Product Line, Repairs, Finance, Global Trade, Purchasing, and other internal departments to resolve transactional issues and meet customer requirements. Communicate with internal and external customers to address questions, resolve transactional issues, and provide timely updates. Monitor and manage the general Sales Support email inbox, ensuring requests are properly routed to the appropriate account owner. Ensure customer orders and requests received through the Sales Support inbox are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales orders, credits, exchanges, warranties, and customer transactions. Ensure compliance with established Global Trade policies and export requirements for international shipments. Ensure compliance with applicable Department of Commerce (DOC) and Department of State (DOS) license requirements for global exports. Support the development, documentation, and implementation of procedures and processes across departments. Prioritize multiple requests and transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines. Perform additional sales support and administrative duties as assigned. Ability to handle interruptions and changing priorities while maintaining workflow and accuracy. Ability to quickly locate and provide status updates, documentation, and information when requested. Willingness to learn and stay current with changes in processes, systems, regulations, and professional practices. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
