Job Description

The Public Relations Specialist will support the development and execution of communication initiatives designed to strengthen the company's public image, maintain positive relationships with key audiences, and ensure consistent messaging across external communications.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, preparing professional communications, coordinating projects, and representing an organization with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and support public relations and communication initiatives.
  • Prepare press releases, company announcements, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, community representatives, and other key contacts.
  • Assist with coordinating company events, public appearances, meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure company messaging remains professional, accurate, and consistent.
  • Respond to general media and public inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support internal teams with communication materials and public-facing information.
  • Monitor relevant industry developments and identify potential communication opportunities.
  • Maintain organized records of public relations activities, contacts, campaigns, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments on company announcements and special projects.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and strengthen the company's public reputation.
