We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join the legal team in Nashville, TN. The attorney will handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, settlement negotiations, and litigation.

The position offers hybrid/remote flexibility, but the attorney must be located in or near Nashville and available to appear in person for scheduled client appointments, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other matters as required.

Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-fall cases.

Manage cases from initial intake through resolution.

Conduct legal research and investigate claims.

Gather and analyze evidence to develop case strategy.

Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and experts.

Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.

Handle litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court proceedings.

Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.

Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates and legal guidance.

Independently manage a substantial caseload.

Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for effective case management.

Active Tennessee Bar License and good standing with the Tennessee Bar.

Personal Injury Law experience.

Experience handling personal injury cases independently.

Proven settlement negotiation and litigation experience.

Strong knowledge of Tennessee personal injury law and civil procedure.

Experience with depositions, mediations, court hearings, and/or trials.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload.

Candidate must live in or near Memphis, TN, or be willing to relocate.

Strong client-service and organizational skills.

Plaintiff-side personal injury experience.

Motor vehicle accident litigation.

Slip-and-fall/premises liability cases.

Experience negotiating directly with insurance carriers.

Strong courtroom and trial experience.

Established record of managing cases from intake through settlement or trial.
