Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-phase projects Oversee project progress, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners Create and maintain detailed project documentation Monitor project milestones and deliverables providing regular status reports Encourage a collaborative and transparent working environment Navigate and oversee contract administration, change orders, budgets, schedules, and client delivery Requirements Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field Minimum of three years of related experience In lieu of degree, five years or more of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record) Current PMP preferred Hard Skills project planning project execution project delivery project documentation contract administration budget management schedule management status reporting Soft Skills leadership collaboration communication transparency Certifications & Qualifications PMP #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
