Intake Specialist - Onsite Client Onboarding & Closings

NextLaw is seeking an Intake Specialist to help manage client onboarding by converting qualified leads into clients. This on-site role works with the Operations and Intake Directors. You will use Lead Docket and FileVine to handle intake and data entry, coordinate with attorneys and staff, and strive to deliver exceptional client experiences. Spanish bilingualism is a big plus.
