Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Clinical Pharmacist opportunity is available in Menomonee Falls, WI, offering a contract to hire role that requires a commitment of at least six months before conversion to a permanent position. This role focuses on home infusion pharmacy with an emphasis on sterile compounding and clinical responsibilities.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• On call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacy license
• Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience, including home infusion pharmacy preferred
• Recent IV experience is required
• CPR certification preferred
• Knowledge and ability to perform IV order verification
• Experience in preparation/mixing of IV medications in a cleanroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Verify home infusion IV medication orders for accuracy and safety
• Participate in sterile compounding, including mixing IV medications in a clean room setting
• Perform clinical duties such as patient monitoring and coordination with healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols and sterile compounding standards
• Support the home infusion team with pharmacy expertise and troubleshooting

This role demands strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting patient care in a home infusion setting. Candidates must be adaptable to on-call schedules, including weekends and night shifts as outlined.
