Regional Sales Director, Large Enterprise Customer Base

Job Summary Enhance the quality and integrity of patient care through acquisition, management, and support of APRNs, implementation of clinical goals, procedures, protocols, and workflows, and clinical risk management and quality control. Responsibilities Provide clinical expertise to APRNs to enhance patient care. Implement and adhere to national clinical policies through local procedures and workflows; evaluate national policy against local/state regulations and seek exceptions with the National team. Conduct chart record reviews, coach and educate clinicians, investigate adverse events, and manage patient complaints related to clinical issues. Lead and support training for APRN colleagues on updates to coding and compliance standards. Facilitate weekly peer consultation forums (Consult Lunches) for case discussions and knowledge sharing. Maintain a caseload in accordance with available non‑admin time and coordinate coverage for unexpected absences, maternity leave, and sick leave. Provide performance management, including evaluations, improvement plans, and metric development with HR and EMD. Communicate weekly with Operations Manager/Director to flag clinician dissatisfaction and review workflow issues. Partner with Practice Ops to address scheduling, utilization, and staffing goals for APRNs. Lead APRN recruiting, onboarding, training, and productivity initiatives across newly hired, acquired, and existing clinicians. Report key performance metrics to Division leadership on a regular basis. Qualifications Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, 5+ years of clinical work and leadership experience. Current, unrestricted state license to practice medicine, active DEA registration, and applicable board certification. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of licensure requirements. Excellent communication (written and verbal), time‑management, and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable to change, proactive in problem‑solving, and detail oriented. Demonstrated inclusivity and sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds. Work Environment Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear; frequent walking and lifting up to 25 pounds. Must maintain good general health and emotional stability; vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
