• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness techniques, adapting approaches based on client feedback.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in conjunction with clients, regularly reviewing progress and adapting treatment strategies as appropriate.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to offer virtual therapy, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer online sessions or face barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards while facilitating streamlined communication within the team.

• Participate in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and peer networking opportunities to remain current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

As a member of Gothan Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from all walks of life, necessitating an understanding of cultural competence and a commitment to providing inclusive care.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster a safe, respectful, and trusting therapeutic environment.

• Demonstrable empathy and a non-judgmental approach to addressing clients' unique experiences and challenges.

• Effective time management abilities to handle a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health counseling.

• Experience with telehealth services and the ability to engage clients virtually.

• Competitive salary range between USD 60,000 and 80,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and caseload.
