Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, collecting pertinent information to develop effective treatment plans.

• Design individual treatment plans that reflect each patient’s specific challenges and personal goals, adapting therapeutic approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster client healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care that addresses the diverse needs of clients.

• Educate and support clients’ families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and promoting their involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation reflects high standards of care.

Qualifications\n
