Responsibilities Position: General Virtual Assistant Location: USA We are seeking a highly organized and versatile General Virtual Assistant to join our team at our USA-based company. As a General Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, capable of multitasking and managing various administrative tasks. Handle general administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars. Conduct internet research and compile information on various topics as required. Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other team activities. Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant documentation. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in using various computer applications, including MS Office Suite and Google Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup. Availability to work at our company office during regular business hours. Note: This is an in-office position based in the USA.
