Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status, identifying underlying issues and strengths.

• Create customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions remotely, employing culturally responsive techniques to engage diverse populations.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment methods as necessary, ensuring effective care and positive outcomes.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare professionals when appropriate, including psychiatrists for medication management.

• Document sessions accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with local regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and collaborate on client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health counseling.
