The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in Spanish. Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing a large caseload of pre-litigation cases. Analyzing and organizing case files, and conducting legal research to support case preparation. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements. Providing expert legal advice to clients on pre-litigation matters. Collaborating with our team of attorneys and paralegals to develop effective legal strategies. Representing clients in pre-litigation negotiations and mediations. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that affect pre-litigation practices. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all dealings. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree Licensed to practice in Texas 3 years of experience working in plaintiff personal injury law Demonstrated experience in managing large caseloads and organizing case files. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Proficiency in legal research and the ability to draft and review complex legal documents. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
