About the Position Coordinator, Supply Chain – Cincinnati, Ohio. Assists senior Supply Chain leadership with secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties. Job Summary Perform a variety of secretarial tasks, including typing, email, scheduling, purchase orders, and preparation of reports and meetings. Responsibilities Process all communications: phone calls, emails, mail, faxes. Prepare agendas and materials for executive meetings. Maintain support systems to prioritize tasks for senior leadership. Assist in managing executive schedule, including meetings and appointments. Coordinate and help develop business reports and presentations. Organize files, perform data entry, analyze data, and maintain accurate records. Handle confidential matters with discretion and judgment. Act as liaison with other departments and external agencies. Communicate business-related issues to the next management level. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of work experience (generally required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Business and financial acumen. Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public. Effective communication with a diverse clientele. Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, project planning, presentation, e‑mail, spreadsheet software; comfortable with digital tools such as Microsoft Co‑Pilot.
