Our passionate, mission-driven team supports individuals in overcoming any barrier to employment impacting our participants, their families, and future generations. Because of our holistic model, 87% of our participants remain in their employment for six months or more, a long-term indicator of success in the workplace.Position Title and Overview:Administrative AssistantMaintain and analyze departmental data across multiple databases, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.Prepare and utilize programmatic reports to support informed decision-making, growth, and innovation.Coordinate billing, budgeting, supply tracking, and financial data while ensuring accurate and timely completion of required documentation and reports.Support audits and departmental compliance efforts through thorough recordkeeping, effective communication, and adherence to agency/funder reporting requirements.Location and Travel Requirements:This position is primarily located in McKeesport.The travel required for this position is occasional.Position Requirements:Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.High school diploma/GED.Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays.Great Benefits:Comprehensive health insuranceGenerous paid time off, plus 11 paid holidaysRetirement savings plan and company matchTuition reimbursement and loan repayment assistanceProfessional development and training opportunitiesA commitment to work-life balanceApply Here:If you are mission-driven, passionate about helping others, and eager to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
