Join Cleanwork Solutions LLC as a Building Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for multiple facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Manage and schedule maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Oversee repair and maintenance work, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
