This established San Diego family law practice is looking for an attorney who wants the autonomy to run their own caseload , work directly with clients, and build their practice — without sacrificing their life outside of work.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own family law caseload
• Represent clients in matters including divorce, custody, support, and related family law disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare cases for hearings and trial
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide practical legal guidance
• Handle matters independently while collaborating with the broader team when needed

Qualifications

• California Bar admission in good standing
• Experience practicing Family Law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Strong organizational and case-management skills

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $250,000 Base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
