HRIS Specialist- HR Analytics

HR Data Analyst The HR Data Analyst provides support to leaders with respect to continuous process improvement using statistical analysis. This position serves as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Systems, and Operations to support HR projects and operational initiatives. The incumbent uses workforce analytics to support company‑wide strategies, works closely with the HRIS Director to present data in a meaningful way to company leaders and HR support staff, and explores ways in which technology can facilitate overall company objectives. Qualifications Ability to determine key business questions related to HR Accessing HR data and synthesizing data across systems Providing the organization with relevant and timely data Evaluating data and developing the correct indicators and metrics Must possess three years of experience working in a corporate human‑resource department, or other similar experience resulting in a good general understanding of HR functions A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred A good understanding of PeopleSoft HR and benefit applications is preferred Must possess excellent computer skills, a working knowledge of databases, and the ability to work under tight deadlines Other Information Position Type: Full Time Pay Target: $60,000 – $73,000 / Year Job City: Philadelphia #J-18808-Ljbffr Genesis Healthcare
