Project Manager/CAD Supervisor – Kissimmee, FL $80,000–$100,000 Base Salary + Biannual Bonus 401(k) Match | Full Benefits | Monday–Friday Schedule Are you an experienced Civil 3D professional ready to lead a CAD team and oversee survey deliverables from start to finish? Our client is looking for a Project Manager / CAD Supervisor to drive quality, manage production, and support residential and commercial surveying projects across Central Florida. What You’ll Do Manage and supervise the drafting team, assigning work and ensuring project deadlines are met. Review and perform quality assurance on boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and plat drawings. Maintain CAD standards, templates, and drafting procedures. Coordinate with field crews, licensed surveyors, and internal teams to resolve project issues. Monitor project schedules, turnaround times, and drafting quality. Train and mentor CAD team members while promoting best practices. What You Bring 5+ years of survey or civil CAD production experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience leading or supervising drafting teams. Strong understanding of Florida survey requirements and platting. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
