What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounds on newborns in a new Level I nursery
• Attend deliveries and provide stabilization and initial management of neonates
• Facilitate transfer and transportation of higher-acuity newborns to NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia
• Collaborate with a team of NNPs and neonatologists to deliver high-quality neonatal care
• Participate in on-call duties from home during overnight hours
• Support the growth of the neonatal unit in a rapidly developing healthcare environment

What You Need

• Current NC Nurse Practitioner license and Board Certified Neonatal NP (NNP) certification
• 2+ years of experience as a Neonatal NNP (excluding RN experience)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization, delivery attendance, and neonatal transport
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
