Human Resources Assistant

Join the team at FirstCash Holdings, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant! The Human Resources Assistant supports the day-to-day HR operations assisting all aspects of the division, including employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration and assisting the Vice President of Human Resources. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Own and grow a field-based (road warrior) B2B territory, conducting frequent in-person visits with merchant partners and maintaining a high level of weekly travel across the assigned territory
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy to manage and execute territory strategy to drive growth and partner performance
• Build and strengthen relationships with business owners and key decision-makers to drive utilization and financed deal volume against territory performance goals
• Conduct regular store visits and proactive outreach to drive results and resolve issues quickly
• Deliver primarily in-person, with supplemental virtual training, to increase financing adoption and overall partner performance
• Ensure in-store marketing is properly displayed, maintained, and optimized
• Manage CRM activity, territory planning, and daily travel schedules with strong organization and accountability
• Partner with internal teams and Sales Leadership to achieve territory goals and enhance merchant performance

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources
• Solid organizational ability, attention to detail, and handle confidential information
• Some knowledge of employment law, HIPAA
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a self-starter who can work productively both independently and as part of a team
• Able to exercise effective judgment; relies on experience to accomplish goals and objectives
