Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) implementation as part of the GTS/Transcend program. This role will drive function‑specific deployment activities across design, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare, while ensuring seamless integration across Innovative Medicine and Johnson & Johnson business functions and maintaining ERP template integrity and reliability. The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between the program team and end users by translating trade operations needs into clear requirements and executable user stories, supporting role mapping, and enabling standardization of core business capabilities and functional integrations within the end‑to‑end (E2E) process framework.

This position partners closely with functional leads, super users, and program teams to ensure readiness, compliance (GxP), data integrity, and business continuity through go‑live and stabilization.

Skills and Requirements

3–5+ years in trade operations/compliance and/or enterprise system implementation support

Trade Compliance / Trade Operations background, with demonstrated understanding of import/export compliance and operational trade processes

Experience with an SAP GTS Implementation

Proven ability to create requirements, write/validate user stories, and perform role mapping (including documenting roles/authorizations impacts to business process execution)

Excellent communication and written skills
