Financial Analyst

Job Title
Job Description Required Education • High school Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Required Experience: Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems Experience in managing supplier invoices and assisting them to login to SAP network Strong communication skills (suppliers and internal teams) Ability to manage multiple requests and work Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset Knowledge or Experience of ARIBA would be a plus Job Responsibilities: Provide first-level support to suppliers (invoices, payments, queries) Handle basic issue resolution (level 1–2) in SAP Business Network and invoicing Support MDG activities (vendor data creation/updates) Assist internal teams and suppliers during training sessions Track, document, and follow up on requests and issues Escalate complex cases to relevant teams Ensure timely responses and maintain service levels
