Construction Manager

My client, a large regional builder of 'for sale' housing, is looking for 3 construction managers in the bay area to manage the day to day field operations on multi-family projects. (Sebastopol, San Ramon). The ideal candidate for this position will have similar (5+ years) experience in the SF market.

Responsibilities
- Value engineering/conflict resolution.
- Subcontractor/vendor Scheduling (Site development/Vertical construction)
- Approve all subcontractor/vendor payments
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, plans a specifications, providing a safe worksite.
- Scheduling all inspections
- Deliver 100% complete units on time/on budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's xhyhwjd degree/equivalent experience with construction management (multifamily)
- The ability to read plans, understand construction technique/assemblies
- Time management
- Strong communication abilities
- Leadership experience
