Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked. Requirements Minimum of (2) years as a Culinary Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a full-service restaurant Successful candidates should be thoughtful leaders, confident decision-makers, and quality-focused. Able to effectively manage staff. A true passion for food and food preparation Ability to follow recipes and replicate food production procedures. Experience with cost control, budgeting, inventory control and scheduling Knowledge of business process and functions Excellent motivation and communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving mind set Daytime and weekend availability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
