Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Various outside weather conditions, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials, Working at heights

2:30PM to 11:00PM

This role is based in our dynamic Stafford Springs, CT facility, where we focus on innovative solutions and flawless operations in maintenance.

A day in the Life:
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on facilities systems and production equipment

• Operate, maintain, and improve the site's industrial wastewater treatment system

REQUIREMENTS:

Education
• High school diploma or GED Required

Experience
• 1+ years in a mechanical role

• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
• Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings

• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial vehicle (PIV) certification

• Ability to wear an air purifying respirator

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $25.00–$27.00.
