Service Advisor – Porsche Southampton Location: Southampton, NY Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $60k-$125k annually Porsche Southampton is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience. Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns. Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and service timelines. Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Keep customers informed throughout the service process. Review completed work with customers and explain services performed. Promote recommended maintenance and service offerings. Ensure customer satisfaction and help maintain high CSI scores. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience with luxury brands is a plus but not required.
