What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting, including telemetry patients when needed
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as part of team responsibilities
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive patient care plans
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience, telemetry experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
