Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Liberty Healthcare, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored therapy plans for clients based on their unique mental health needs.

• Providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Documenting clinical progress accurately and maintaining up-to-date health records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care, integrating feedback and insights from various health professionals when necessary.

• Participating in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, families, and adults dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health legal and ethical standards.
