Requirements At least 6 years of field‑based technology sales experience, focused on Federal Judiciary accounts, US Courts, and sub‑agencies (AOUSC, FJC, USSC, JPML). In‑depth understanding of Federal Government contracting and relationships within the Federal industry, particularly Civilian agencies. Existing client relationships that you are willing to engage in conversations to compete for their business. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and persuade prospects at various levels of an organization. High proficiency in cold calling and crafting personalized messaging to initiate meaningful conversations that showcase Paragon Micro’s solution capabilities. Proven expertise in solution‑based selling and consultative sales approaches to address complex customer needs effectively. Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue and margin goals, successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
