Research and target companies using prospecting tools. Build and manage a pipeline. Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers. Negotiate contracts. Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com. Utilize all sales tech tools. What you bring to the role At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably at a startup. A demonstrated track record of exceeding quota. A passion for closing deals and delivering tangible value. Solutions-oriented mindset; able to recognize objections and help customers see value. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses. Resilience, resourcefulness, and creativity. Comfort with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs. A passion for solving big problems with a positive impact. Ability to embrace feedback and hold self accountable. Quick learning of technology basics and applying them to business. Located in Eastern or Central time zone. Compensation On Target Earnings: $150,000 - $155,000, including a base salary of $77,500 and variable target compensation of $77,500.
