General Manager - Full Time
StaffedUp Hospitality | St. Louis, MO

Join our dynamic team at StaffedUp Hospitality as a General Manager, where you'll lead operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are seeking a motivated leader with a passion for the restaurant industry and a track record of success in high-end or high-volume establishments. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee multiple locations throughout St. Louis, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations across various locations.
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a strong front-of-house and kitchen team.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales and achieve business goals.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in high-end or high-volume establishments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
