As a Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of the research and development department, supporting innovative projects and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. What's the Job?

• Perform chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical analyses and tests required for research, development, or quality control processes.
• Assist with compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting test results accurately and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and methods to ensure consistency and reliability in testing.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as SEM, EDS, and TOC analyzers.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to different testing environments.

What's Needed?

• Experience working in a laboratory or technical environment, with a focus on physical chemistry preferred.
• Good mechanical and chemical aptitude, with training or experience in inspection procedures or product lines.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including data entry, analysis, and report documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with dust, dirt, and industrial fluids.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on role with flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
