- Serve as a strategic partner and extension of the CEO, helping manage priorities, relationships, communication, and follow-through.
- Help prepare the CEOfor key conversations, meetings, and decisions by developing briefingmaterials, identifying considerations, and organizing relevantinformation.
- Attend meetings withthe CEO as needed, capturing key themes, commitments, opportunities, andfollow-up actions.
- Support specialprojects and strategic initiatives that advance organizational goals.
- Maintain awareness oforganizational priorities and identify ways to improve communication,coordination, and execution.
- Support the CEO instrengthening LACIE's presence and visibility.
- Build relationshipsacross the Kansas City region by representing LACIE at community events,partner meetings, and other opportunities to stay connected to localconversations and priorities.
- Help identifyopportunities for connection, partnership, and increased organizationalengagement.
- Coordinate follow-up,communication, and next steps from external meetings and events to supportstrong relationship management.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, event planning, travel logistics, and other coordination needs.
- Draft and edit communications, presentations, reports, and other executive-level materials.
- Help strengthen internal communication, team connection, and employee engagement.
- Wants to grow as astrategic leader and learn directly alongside executive leadership.
- Naturally buildsrelationships and enjoys connecting people, ideas, and opportunities.

- Bachelor's degreepreferred in Business Administration, Communications, HealthcareAdministration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years ofprofessional experience in business development, external relations,project management, operations, consulting, communications, or a relatedfield.
- Experience workingwith executives, senior leaders, clients, partners, or communitystakeholders preferred.
- Healthcare, nonprofit,technology, or mission-driven organization experience preferred but notrequired.
- Ability to regularlyattend meetings and events throughout the Kansas City region.
- Willingness andavailability to occasionally travel regionally and nationally (estimated15%).
- Requires regularin-office presence in Overland Park, Kansas, with some flexibility inscheduling based on business needs.
