This entry-level, client-facing role is the launchpad for a career in B2B SaaS account management, combining customer support excellence with exposure to business development strategy. The ideal candidate will bring advanced bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, and 0-3 years of professional experience. You'll need strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, the patience and problem-solving mindset required for technical support, and a genuine commitment to grow from customer service into direct B2B sales within 12-24 months. US work authorization is required, and you'll need to be within commuting distance of Dallas.
